New shipping rate (within 0.5-1kg) effective 1st Jan 2021 :

All lenses except miacare, toric & multifocal lenses will be shipped out within 3-5 working days.
2.
Miacare, toric & multifocal lenses will be shipped out within 7-14 working days.
3.
Neo dali toric cosmetic lenses will be shipped out within 4-6 weeks.
4.
Additional shipping fee will be charged on bulk purchase (above 1kg per parcel) & solution 300ml (RM5/bottle to Singapore).

Return Policies
1. If there is any product variation error including Power, CYL, Axis, BC, & Color must be reported within 48hours upon receiving the goods, otherwise considered in Perfect Conditions.
2. If there is any lens Defect, Torn, and Color Inconsistency must be reported within 3 months upon receiving the goods, otherwise considered in Perfect Conditions.

3. If you accidently purchased the wrong contact lenses or decided to change brands or prescriptions, please ensure that the product boxes are unopened or damaged and it's minimum expiry date is at least 1 year or above.
